How do I register for a workshop? |
|
Register here!
Remember, all workshop spots are filled on a
first-come, first-serve basis so register sooner
rather than later. |
| |
Are lodging and meals covered by the workshop
tuition? |
| Unless noted otherwise in
the workshop description, only the instruction fee
is covered in the tuition. Lodging and meals are
extra. |
| |
What is the specific itinerary for a workshop
I am interested in? |
| The workshop description
gives a general idea of where and what will be
covered during the course of the workshop. Specific
itineraries are difficult to predict when planning
outdoor photography, since weather and light can be
changeable and unpredictable. Each of our instructors
are skilled at getting you to the best locations
during optimal light. That requires flexibility and
reacting to short-term changes in weather and
current conditions. One thing you should plan for,
however: sunrise and sunset are often the best times
to photograph, so expect to be getting up early and
staying up late so as not to miss these prime
shooting opportunities! |
| |
Can my non-photographer spouse or friend tag
along on the workshop? |
| Non-photographer spouses
and friends are welcome to join the group, but will
be subject to a 50% tuition fee. |
| |
Are the workshops designed for advanced
photographers or beginners? |
| Both! Just be honest with
your instructor as to your skill level so he or she
can give you the personalized instruction you need. |
| |
Are the workshops for digital photographers
only or can I shoot film? |
| Both, unless otherwise
noted in the workshop description. There is a lower
percentage of film shooters these days, but they are
still more than welcome to join us. |
| |
What if it rains? |
| Rainy conditions can
provide some of the moodiest and sublime light of
any photography trip. Unless the weather poses
danger or harm to the group, the show goes on! |
